The department Credit Risk Management is responsible for the monthly calculation of Credit Risk Reserves and Economic Capital, for risk steering and reporting for all DTFS entities as well as risk methods and parameters. Furthermore, the department manages rating and scoring models, processes and systems. In addition, the department hosts several policies, prepares Board deals, ensures their quality and fosters further process and system digitization.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Senior Risk Analyst & System Owner for IFRS 9 Provisioning Calculation & Risk Reporting you know in detail the IFRS 9 calculation method as well as the established impairment processes, systems and tools.
Your tasks will be:
- You are the responsible analyst for several local markets to run the monthly calculation process according to the regulatory impairment standard IFRS 9
- You utilize your analytical skills to ensure risk appropriate credit risk reserve assessments on a monthly basis
- You analyze the main drivers for changes portfolio performance trends as well as credit risk reserve development together with neighboring departments and communicate accordingly with stakeholders
- Consolidation of portfolio performance developments including acquisition quality on global and regional level
- Business system responsibility for the impairment engine
- Coordinate, review and prioritize the system business requirements and testing activities with various stakeholders and ensure alignment with IT, other affected projects as well as external suppliers
- Preparation of internal and external risk reports
- Contact person for auditors for provisioning process and system related topics
- Coordinate and support project activities
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
Profil
THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
Professional Qualifications:
- You have a degree in Business Administration (preferred with a focus on quantitative methods), Finance, Business Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Mathematics or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in risk management / controlling / modelling / finance
- You are motivated to utilize your profound analytical, conceptual and methodological competencies
- Working experience with systems is beneficial
- Knowledge of IFRS 9 impairment regulations is required
- Experience in programming (e.g. SAS, R, VBA, Python), Power BI, Jira, MS Office and Confluence is required
- As you are motivated to work in an international and multicultural environment, you master English in speaking and writing
- German language skills are beneficial

- You have strong communication and relationship building skills to engage with a range of stakeholders on all levels of organization
- You have strong ability to work independently and you are responsible as well as self-driven
- You enjoy working with big volume of data
- You are motivated to achieve goals together with various stakeholders in an multicultural environment
