• Part of our implementation project and rollout for Salesforce (esp. Consumer Goods Cloud) as the new platform for the whole group
• Consulting and Management of Stakeholders as a primary contact to drive Salesforce solutions
• Demand Management to understand business needs and derive IT solution requirements
• Organization and Implementation of interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect and consolidate requirements
• Collaboration with Solution Engineers during solution design (e.g. by User Stories, Use Cases and Best Practices)
• Support of change management to ensure the successful adoption of new sales processes and solutions

• Degree in business administration, international management business informatics or similar
• Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of Salesforce (esp. Consumer Goods Cloud)
• Experiences in Consulting and Requirement Analysis in the field of international Sales Processes
• Deep knowledge of the whole Salesforce eco system
• Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to senior management
• Strong analytical skills and independent working attitude
• Professional in English and German
